This Privacy Policy describes how Lord Shiva HD Wallpapers ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our Android application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data from users of this app. We have no backend servers, no user accounts, no login system, and no analytics of our own. The app does not track you in any way.

• No name, email, or contact information is collected.
• No location data is collected or accessed.
• No photos, files, or media from your device are accessed beyond saving downloaded wallpapers.
• No usage analytics or crash reports are sent to us.
• Your favorites are stored only on your device and never uploaded anywhere.

2. Third-Party Services

The app integrates two third-party services — Google Firebase Storage (to load wallpapers) and Google AdMob (to display ads). These services operate under Google's privacy policies and may independently collect certain technical data as described below.

2a. Google Firebase Storage

Wallpaper images displayed in the app are hosted on Google Firebase Storage. When you open the app or browse wallpapers, your device makes HTTPS requests to Firebase servers to download images.

• Firebase may log standard server-side data such as your IP address and request timestamps as part of normal network operation.
• We do not use Firebase Authentication, Firestore Database, Firebase Analytics, or any other Firebase service — only Storage for serving images.
• No user-identifiable data is written to or read from Firebase by this app.
• Downloaded images are cached temporarily on your device only to improve performance.

2b. Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display interstitial advertisements. AdMob is operated by Google LLC. To serve relevant ads, AdMob may automatically collect the following data from your device:

• Advertising ID – A resettable, anonymous identifier used for ad targeting (Android Ad ID).
• Device information – Device model, operating system version, screen size, and language.
• Network information – IP address, mobile carrier, and network type (Wi-Fi/cellular).
• App interaction data – Which ads were shown, clicked, or dismissed within the app.
• Approximate location – Derived from IP address only; no GPS or precise location is used.

This data is collected and processed solely by Google for ad serving purposes. We do not receive or have access to any of this data.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by going to:

3. Wallpaper Images & Intellectual Property

All wallpaper images featured in this app are original works created by us using AI image generation tools. We own full rights to all images distributed through this app.

• No images are copied, scraped, or sourced from third-party websites or artists.
• No copyrighted or trademarked images are used.
• All images are intended for personal, non-commercial use as device wallpapers.
• You may use the wallpapers on your personal device only. Redistribution or commercial use of the images is not permitted.

4. Permissions Used

• INTERNET – Required to load wallpapers from Firebase Storage and display ads.
• SET_WALLPAPER – Required to apply selected wallpapers to your home or lock screen.
• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Required to save downloaded wallpapers to your device gallery.
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Required on Android 9 and below to save wallpapers to gallery.

We do not access your photos, contacts, location, camera, or microphone.

4. Data Storage

The app stores wallpaper data (URLs) in local device cache only to improve loading performance. No data is transmitted to our servers. Favorites are stored locally on your device only.

5. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. The app contains advertisements served by Google AdMob which complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

6. Advertising

This app displays interstitial advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Ads are shown when you interact with wallpaper actions (set, download, share). You may opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings under Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
